From the Artist
The SwordSongs Music Project is a collection of scripture songs of various genres, that I’ve captured and been inspired with during my personal quiet times. I asked the Lord what I should do with these songs and received a very strong impression that I should record them as “Fast Food for the end times harvest.” SwordSongs Volume I was released in 2001, and SwordSongs Volume II in 2013.
This fourth and final instalment of the four-part SwordSongs Music Project was completed in the summer of 2021 and released in the summer of 2022. I pray that the words of Scripture set to music will fill you with hope, strength, comfort, and joy — that you may grab hold of them as your fast food for the end-time harvest!

These songs came about while having Bible devotions with a guitar in hand. The lyrics of these songs are taken directly off the pages of the Holy Bible. Three different versions of the Bible were used. I would recommend that you not only listen to the songs and learn the lyrics but that you get a copy of the Bible and prayerfully read them for yourself.

From the Artist
In the late 1990s - early 2000's, I wrote and made home recordings of the songs from SSV2 but it wasn't until November of 2007 that Rob and I set up the first studio sessions and recorded the bed tracks with drummer Matt Atkins. Once the bed tracks were done, I worked at my home studio recording my parts and then would seize any available studio time Rob had to import my tracks into the sessions. This process seemed to continue endlessly until almost unexpectedly one day (October 6, 2012) when, while in the studio tweaking a mix, we looked at each other and realized...we're done! SSV2 was complete.
I hope you enjoy this second installment of the four-part SwordSongs Music Project and that the words of scripture herein would serve as a portal to "The Kingdom of Heaven" and be a life-giving blessing to you as "fast food for the end-times harvest"!
